Background jobs

Each event is declared with a zod schema. enqueue() sends to Inngest when it's configured and otherwise runs the handler inline, so nothing breaks when jobs aren't set up.

• Typed events and handlers served at /api/inngest
• Durable incoming webhooks: stored first, then processed, with retries from the admin console
• Daily housekeeping at 03:15 UTC that clears expired data
• Welcome emails and notification emails

Turn it on

• INNGEST_DEV=1 locally, or INNGEST_EVENT_KEY and INNGEST_SIGNING_KEY in production
